Mr. Creel focuses on Commercial Litigation, Insurance, Government Procurement, Acquisitions and Leasing Sectors with emphasis on the Electric Power Industry, Oil & Gas, Infrastructure Projects, Project Financing, Investment Funds and Real Estate alongside Mergers & Acquisitions.
He has a vast experience advising national and international companies from different industries, which enable him to develop tailor-made solutions to our clients. During his stay at JDV, has been part of the most important transactions, especially on the Mergers & Acquisitions side.
Additionally, Mr. Creel has participated on different articles, highlighting his contribution in the M&A Report released by IFLR1000, giving an insight of the M&A Mexican market. This report was published in 2019 and 2020.
Mr. Creel is Member of the Mexican Bar Association (Barra Mexicana Colegio de Abogados, A.C.).
