Mr. Eduardo's experience includes: Implementing law enforcement actions and procedures to defend clients' intellectual property rights which involved criminal matters, border measures, as well their follow-up at customs.

Obtaining the seizure on more than 100,000 objects through different means, on behalf of clients.

As a Federal Prosecutor at the Specialized Unit for the Investigation of Crimes against Intellectual Property, planning and implementing more than 100 law enforcement actions for the seizure of counterfeit goods, performing street raids and executing uncountable search and seize warrants.

Being one of the founding members of the Coordination for Prosecution of Crimes against Intellectual Property committed though Digital Media, within the same Specialized Unit. This was the second of its kind in Latin America.

Acting as the leading trial lawyer for five of nine investigation files considered as relevant cases for the Prosecution Unit, including relevant cases at the level of the Deputy Attorney General.

Being appointed as Mexico’s Representative by the Attorney General’s Office before the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development as Lead Evaluator in the anti-corruption processes of Colombia and Chile, as well as before the United Nations during the in-situ visit to Belgium, examining these nations compliance to the Conventions.

Receiving training by several United States Governmental Agencies, such as Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI), United States Patent and Trademark Office (USPTO), Immigration and Customs Enforcement (ICE), and Computer Crime and Intellectual Property Section (CCIPS) among many others during the First and Second Phase of the Workshop on Intellectual Property Rights; Fighting Against Internet Crimes.

Participating in the Regional Workshop for Investigators and Prosecutors in Cybercrime, in San Jose, Costa Rica.
