Carlos has reached important agreements before the Taxpayer Ombudsman in Mexico and has also obtained favorable judgments in the Federal Court of Administrative Justice and Federal Judicial Authority, including the Supreme Court of Justice.
He has experience in Mutual Agreement Procedure (MAPS) before international authorities, in order to avoid double taxation by his clients.
