Ms. Pérez has extensive experience in Corporate Transactions, International Commercial Arbitration and Public Procurement Processes. Ms. Pérez is also an expert on mining, Competition & Antitrust and Negotiations on Hydrocarbons.

Ms. Citlali has been involved in the professional practice areas since 1999, providing legal advice to carry out negotiations and implementation for the incorporation of companies, mergers, spin-offs and acquisitions. Preparation and negotiation of national and international contracts and transactions in the mining, transportation, services and energy industry.
