José Manuel has experience in more than 400 lawsuits in individual labor disputes representing employers, and in collective matters. In many of them, he has participated on designing the defense strategy of each trial, preparing the writings for each stage from the beginning, and if the results were not favorable, writing lawsuits in matters of protection of constitutional guarantees, with the purpose of reverting the results.
