Mr Ishii specializes in Corporate, Mergers & Acquisition, Banking & Finance and Real Estate. He leads the Corporate M&A team and is actively involved in the structuring, negotiation and documentation of loans and financings. Mr. Ishii has over 20 years of experience advising national and international companies from different industries such as investment funds, equity firms, financial, manufacturing, retail, TMT, real estate, among others.

Advising AAlta Growth Capital in the negotiation and execution of a minority investment in Lottus Education a leading consolidation platform of higher education in Mexico.

Advising Grupo Holzer in the acquisition of a 16.5% participation in Soho Mall, a large retail mall under construction in Panamá. Caabsa and Citelis acquired the remaining participation.

Advising Cobalt Broadband a wholly owned subsidiary of Cobalt Holdings, Ind., in the negotiation for a credit facility with Mexico Credit Opportunities Fund II, arranged by Credit Suisse Asset Management to accelerate the development of a fiber-optic broadband network in Cancun and Tulum.

Advising a transactional consumer good company in the preparation of an EPC Contract for the construction of additional production facilities.

Advising Productos la Loma in the preparation of an EPC Contract for the construction of additional production facilities in Celaya, Guanajuato.

Mr. Ishii was hired by Nacional Financiera to evaluate 13 national and foreign investment funds as targets for investments by National Financiera, and to draft agreements in order to formalize such investments, as part of National Financiera´s national program to foster start-ups called “Capital Emprendedor”.
