Jáuregui y Del Valle advised Grupo Holzer in the acquisition of a 16.5% participation in Soho Mall, a large retail mall under construction in Panamá. Caabsa and Citelis acquired the remaining participation.
Jáuregui y Del Valle advised Walton CKD II, in the Corporate aspects of the Hilton Los Cabos Hotel acquisition.
Jauregui y del Valle has advised and currently advises Inmobilia Management I, S.A.P.I. de C.V. in the Prospects Evaluation for Funds Investments of Inmobilia CKD in Real Estate Projects, and the Preparation of the legal documents for the projects.
Jáuregui y Del Valle advised Walton Street Capital on the Tax, Real Estate, Corporate and Marketing Structure of the Via Moliere project. The same goes for Walton Street Capital in every aspect of its joint venture with Grupo Sordo Madaleno and we are now providing ongoing legal services for the general development, completion and marketing of the Vía Moliere project.
