Jáuregui y del Valle, S.C. (hereinafter JDV or the Firm), with address at Torre Arcos Bosques I, Paseo de los Tamarindos No. 400-B Piso 8, Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, C.P. 05120, Alcaldía Cuajimalpa, Mexico City, is responsible for processing your personal data.
II. Personal data obtained for processing.
The personal data obtained to comply with the purposes of this privacy notice is as follows:
1. Identification data; and
2. Contact details.
JDV informs the Holder that it does not collect any sensitive data and therefore no such data is processed, for which the holder is asked not to provide such information.
III. Purposes of data treatment.
a. Original purposes.
1. Provide information on the Firm’s Services.
2. Follow-up on information requests regarding the services.
3. Send information about services that the Firm offers.
4. Prepare statistics and a historical record of contacts.
5. Commercial prospecting.
b. Additional purposes
1. Invitations to events related with the services JDV offers.
2. Sending newsletters.
IV. Transfer of personal data.
Your personal data will not be transferred to comply with the purposes described above.
V. Exercise of Access, Rectification, Cancellation and Opposition Rights.
When it is legally appropriate, you may exercise at all times your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition (ARCO rights), without the exercise of any such right preventing any other exercise of any other right.
The request must be submitted in writing and addressed to our Personal Data Manager at Torre Arcos Bosques I, Paseo de los Tamarindos No. 400-B Piso 8, Colonia Bosques de las Lomas, C.P. 05120, Alcaldía Cuajimalpa, Mexico City or sent by email to info@jaureguiydelvalle.com. The use of electronic media to exercise ARCO rights authorizes the Firm to respond to the request through the same electronic means of communication, unless you clearly and expressly otherwise indicate.
The request, in accordance with the regulatory framework in effect, must contain and include the following
1. Name and address or other means to communicate the response to your request;
2. Documents proving your identity or, otherwise, legal representation;
3. Clear and accurate description of the personal data for which the exercise of any of the Access, Rectification, Cancellation or Opposition Rights is sought;
4. Any other element, information or document that facilitates the location of personal data.
In connection with the right of rectification, the Holder will be asked [to provide] a document that evidences the modification insofar as the information he/she wishes to modify.
In the event that the information provided in the request is insufficient, inaccurate or the necessary documents referred above are not presented, the Firm, within five business days after receiving a request will ask you to correct any deficiencies in order to process such request. In such cases, you will have ten business days to fulfill the Firm’s request as of the day following the date on which you receive it. If you do not respond within such term, your request will be considered not presented.
Once the request complies with all the requirements referred above, the Firm will communicate the determination adopted within a maximum term of twenty business days as of the date on which the request is received. If the request is allowed, it will be effective within fifteen business days following the date on which the Firm communicates the response.
You will be responsible for maintaining your personal data up to date during the processing thereof by the Firm. Therefore, you guarantee and agree to be accountable, in any case, for the truthfulness, accuracy, effectiveness and authenticity of the personal data provided and agree to maintain it up to date and inform the Firm of any change.
VI. Revocation of Consent.
You are hereby informed that you may revoke your consent for personal data processing granted to JDV, provided that such revocation does not result in an impossibility to perform under any legal relationship that could be created.
Consequently, you may request such revocation in accordance with the procedure provided in the “Exercise of ARCO Rights” section.
VII. Options and ways to limit the use or disclosure of personal data.
You may limit the use or disclosure of your personal data by sending a request for such purpose to our Personal Data Department. The requirements to prove your identity and the procedure to fulfill your request will be the same as those set forth for the exercise of ARCO rights.
The Firm will grant the holders who request registration the corresponding proof of registration.
VIII. Automated media to collect personal data.
JDV uses third-party cookies to facilitate navigation and generate statistical information from its website www.jaureguiydelvalle.com . If you browse through such site we may collect, analyze and retain technical information relating to your browsing habits and use of such services, through such electronic media that allow collecting this information automatically when you use our electronic services.
